Cardio and Weight Equipment

The Wellness Center is located inside the Salem Freedom Activity Center and they offer many services to improve health and wellness for adults (ages 25 years and older). You'll find top of the line cardio and weight equipment and they offer classes such as: Aerobics,Yoga and Balance Ball. For more information call 573-739-1127. The Wellness Center is open 6 days a week.

Membership Dues
ages 25 to 64 -$22.00 per month
age 65 and over - $18.00 per month

New Yoga sessions, including Gentle Yoga and
Yoga Flow Classes, will be beginning September
23rd with day and evening classes.
