KSMO Radio is proud stream a portion of weekday news schedule, the Open Market and Salem Tigers Sports through the EZ Stream Internet Broadcasting Network.

KSMO streams local news Monday through Friday at 7:05 in the morning and again at 12:05 in the afternoon. The local news features top stories affecting Salem and Dent County, and also includes sports and weather as well as obituraies.

KSMO also streams our highly popular call-in show called the Open Market where people can buy, sell or trade items. The price limit is $2,500, but there is no price limit of you want to trade. Services to be offered are no longer allowed on the Open Market such as babysitting or grass cutting, but listeners can ask for those services to be performed. You can have a total of 12 items on the Open Market at one time through submission of items electronically, through the mail or by dropping them off at the KSMO studios, or by phoned in items during the show. You can submit items to the Open Market by going to the Open Market button on this website. KSMO Radio does not accept call in items at any time except during the Open Market show itself and those items are only repeated for that day.

KSMO also streams interviews that are held at the station such as those with Mayor Gary Brown after Salem Board of Aldermen meetings, with Intercounty Electric representatives on the second Tuesday of the month, with the Department of Conservation or Forest Service on the first Thursday of the month, and with Hospital Administrator Dennis Pryor on the Friday after the Hospital Board of Directors meeting each month. Those interviews begin at 8:30 in the morning. KSMO will also air and stream three minute Salem Hospital program updates each Wednesday at 9:15.

KSMO also streams Salem Tiger Sports including Football, Volleyball, Boys and Girls Basketball and Baseball. Only varsity games are broadcast. Remember, there can be some minor interruptions for buffering that can be caused by your computer or your Internet Service Provider when you listen on your computer.
